Dr. Steve Barker is the 2018 Georgia Superintendent of the Year

Congratulations to Dr. Steve Barker of Coweta County Schools for being named the 2018 Georgia Superintendent of the Year. The announcement and the award was presented to Dr. Barker on December 1st at the GSBA/GSSA Annual Conference in Atlanta. Dr. Barker will now compete with the rest of the state finalist from across the nation for National Superintendent of the Year. The National Superintendent of the Year award will be announced at the AASA Annual Conference in Nashville, Tennessee February 15-17, 2018.
